Our event packages are very simple with very few add-ons. We concentrate on doing what you NEED right, rather than trying to sell you on a dozen “upgrades” that you might not need.

ALL events receive complimentary PRE-EVENT counseling. This includes:
- Planning meetings as necessary
- On-line interactive planning tools
- EXTENSIVE music selection coordination
- Acquisition of specific music as necessary
- Pre-event coordination with other vendors
- Site surveys as necessary
- Equipment set-up
WEDDINGS
CEREMONY SERVICES (if necessary)
- Sound Reinforcement for Officiate (lapel mic, over the ear mic or handheld wireless microphone)
- Sound Reinforcement for Wedding Couple (lapel mic)
- Sound Reinforcement for additional musicians if necessary
- Additional sound reinforcement for readings, announcements, etc
- Appropriate background and ceremonial music as desired
RECEPTION ENTERTAINMENT and Coordination
- Wedding Reception Coordination
- All necessary music as noted on planning documents
- All necessary sound reinforcement equipment required for your event and venue as agreed upon during planning
- Back-up equipment for all critical items
- DJ/MC Services as coordinated
- Wireless microphone availability for toasts/speeches
- Lighting package if requested

PARTIES (birthday, quinceanera, corporate holiday parties, “who need an excuse for a party”)
