Our commitment to you starts the day of our first telephone conversations. We’ll set up a (virtual) face-to-face meeting to get to know each other and go over some details. Then, with the help of your Online Planner and Music Selection Tool, we will turn your visions and wishes into your wedding reception.
To ensure your peace of mind, each detail is reviewed at least two weeks prior to your event, in person if you wish. We check all music lists to make sure we have everything we need, and review the pronunciations of the names of the wedding party with you to ensure everyone gets properly recognized.
Before and during the event, we coordinate all aspects of the reception…from ensuring the photographer and videographer are able to get superlative pictures of your grand entrance, to helping the best person prepare their toast, to ensuring the caterer is ready to serve at the appointed time, and anything else that needs to happen to make your reception a success.
