Our event packages are very simple with very few add-ons. We concentrate on doing what you NEED right, rather than trying to sell you on a dozen “upgrades” that you might not need.

ALL events receive complimentary PRE-EVENT counseling. This includes:

  • Planning meetings as necessary
  • On-line interactive planning tools
  • EXTENSIVE music selection coordination
  • Acquisition of specific music as necessary
  • Pre-event coordination with other vendors
  • Site surveys as necessary
  • Equipment set-up


CEREMONY SERVICES (if necessary)

  • Sound Reinforcement for Officiate (lapel mic, over the ear mic or handheld wireless microphone)
  • Sound Reinforcement for Wedding Couple (lapel mic)
  • Sound Reinforcement for additional musicians if necessary
  • Additional sound reinforcement for readings, announcements, etc
  • Appropriate background and ceremonial music as desired


  • Wedding Reception Coordination
  • All necessary music as noted on planning documents
  • All necessary sound reinforcement equipment required for your event and venue as agreed upon during planning
  • Back-up equipment for all critical items
  • DJ/MC Services as coordinated
  • Wireless microphone availability for toasts/speeches
  • Lighting package if requested
  • Requested music played as appropriate

PARTIES (birthday, quinceanera, corporate holiday parties, “who need an excuse for a party”)

Basic Package includes:

  • Karaoke
  • Powerpoint type presentations (perfect for corporate events)
  • Nostalgic presentations (photos provided by you to commemorate an event or a person, set to music)
